No they aren’t. Big Lie! They are not the same. Absentee voters are actually alive and interact in the voting process confirming their residence.

Umm, no? I requested mail in ballots, and I had to confirm my residence in order to obtain a ballot (via driver's license number on the SOS website).

Each state is different an absentee ballot is not a mass mailed ballot to every joe schmoe on the un updated party rolls. That’s what they want it to be.
