Vote in the midterm elections if you want laws to change in addition if citizens in the minority communities stand up against crime within their own communities instead of supporting the glamorization of the drug dealing gangster thug lifestyle in music industry and creating role models out of that for children to follow is like rolling the dice on a successful outcome for young black men and women change starts within ... If those things were addressed in the minority communities that would encourage more support from many white Americans ....but when black on black crime is given a pass with a barrell of excuses on the side it is hard for many whites to support the hypocrisy . The black police officers are stuck in the middle of folks who are short sighted in their thinking by allowing emotion to rule over thought ...at this point I say the cops should let everyone murder themselves and each other ... It is then through their own ignorance and run away crime and murder that society will appreciate black officers working in minority communities . Many white officers in most cases where not raised in cities but in the suburbs and haven't a clue how to relate to minorities in the urban cities but many black officers are born and raised in the urban cities ...I believe black officers are an asset to the minority cities , your a fool to think otherwise ....I have lived in a crime ridden city and lived in the suburbs I know of what I speak.
