We got all the parts for a brake job but my friend said “We may as well grab an oil filter too”.
The sales person checks on the computer and says: “It shows 13 in stock”.
Go to the shelf: zero.

In stock is not the same has on the shelf.... Although some shop clerks claim otherwise (or are they too lazy to check the stock departments where the customers may not come?)
