I think that the murderer is someone among the people who were at the night club that night. He was quite skilled to create a feeling that someone else shot those 7 people. Also, he probably did not escape because if he escaped, people might have suspected him because no one else escaped. If he did not have many people in the night club who knew him, he might have got into the panic-stricken crowd and blended. So, the FBI needs to do a further investigation if it hasn't already caught the culprit. It took place in February, and it is highly unlikely to catch the murderer in such a short time.
