Spoke like a true partisan apologist. If a democrat did the same exact thing, you would never stop talking for a week. Workplace harassment should never be tolerated in a professional environment, especially Congress. If someone did the same thing yoho did in a business, they would have been fired immediately.

If you actually had a job you would know that it is very likely he would be reprimanded and warned if that is actually what he said. Any company HR worth it’s salt would need corroberation from someone else Of reasonable integrity in actual hearing distance to convict to the point of firing On hearsay and only a lefty twit would fire someone based on one persons account.

I’m not advocating for Ted yoho to be fired, I’m just pointing out that if he would have said this in a regular workplace environment, he would have been promptly fired. With that being said, what yoho did was unequivocally wrong and it’s kind of sad that you defend it.

Well I admit my bias. I don’t like her and see her as an enemy to the country. There is dispute over what he mumbled as he walked away, but simply confronting her and strongly expressing disagreement is not grounds for instant firing. If she can’t handle an argument she shouldn’t be in Congress. No one has to hail her an agree without her. That’s the real problem is that someone actually disagreed with her and publicly called her on her bullshit lies that crime was up because people needed bread.

You can disagree with your colleague without calling them a f**king bitch. It's possible. A political difference should not cause you to yell slurs at people. I would agree with you that AOC's comments were ignorant, but do not conflate ignorance with malice. If Yoho went up to AOC and had a discussion with her about her comments respectfully, there wouldn't be a controversy.

Where in the article did he say, “I didn’t say that AOC was a f**king bitch?” I don’t see it. Also, even if he denied it, it still means nothing considering AOC and a reporter corroborated what he said. AOC wouldn’t have prepared a 10 minute speech about what yoho said if it never happened.

He literally made an apology (albeit a bad one) and no where did it say he denies it. Also, a reporter from the hill corroborates it too. So, there’s no doubt that ted yoho said what he did.

He apologized for the nature of the confrontation not the content expressed and told her many things, including that she was dangerous. The comment in question he purportedly mumbled as he walked away. He denies that “f**king bitch” is what he said to her.
