The conflict is created by the the local politicians politicizing the police force in favor of the criminals looting, burning, disrupting traffic, assaulting people, murdering people, etc.
Cities with Democratic
mayors routinely work well with the FBI, the DEA, the ATF and
other Federal agencies. But Trump doesn't want it to work well.
He wants conflict that only benefits
himself and Fox News.
