Time travel can't happen without leaving the physical universe. Once you get outside it, you would then be in permanent stasis (as time is a feature of the physical universe). So no time travel is not possible. Unless you want to jump forward in time, then you can use massive gravity wells to slow your time down and when you leave you'll still be young and everyone else will be old.
