Why is this so hard? Strongly suggest people wear masks but make no Government laws requiring it. Allow business owners to decide if they allow unmasked entry. People take accountability for their personal decisions to wear or not wear a mask. You don’t have to go to a business that requires masks nor do you have to frequent An establishment that doesn’t require them. You can avoid the non maskers or stay in your house if they terrify you so much. There fixed, now everybody STFU about masks
