9. Bill Gates never advocated for vaccines as a method of reducing the population. That's a gross misrepresentation. What he did say is that by lowering child mortality through vaccination programs, this will actually reduce the population because mothers in poorer countries tend to have more children due to the fact that some of them will die during childhood. If child mortality is lower, than mothers would not have much of an incentive to birth many children, thus decreasing the overall population. Stop twisting his words out of context.
