Characters should be flawed, especially if they are likeable. No one wants to read about a Mary Sue. The protagonist especially should have flaws with the potential to be overcome, hence character development.

I know that. This meme is saying that when you give them all these things, the words basically race onto the pages so fast you dont know whats happening because you gave the charectors life of their own. What they now do is beyond your control
