Here's what I'll say on higher education. If it's a skill that can help everyday people, like plumber or electrician where you would go to a tech school or some other training facility, we should make it as easy as possible for them to get that education. If that means a little input from the taxpayer, I would be fine with that since we're training people to do the jobs we actually need filled. Gender Studies? Not so much.
