It's true that the KKK is still small in size, but that doesn't mean hate overall isn't growing. Not every white nationalist, supremacist, or Nazi is a member of the Klan, many fall under the banner of the alt-right, many identify as "groypers", or followers of literal Nazi Nick Fuentes, and unfortunately they are making their way into the mainstream.
Self-proclaimed "groypers" and supporters of the movement have made appearances on Tucker Carlson's program, Fuentes fans infiltrated a couple of Turning Point USA events in the last year, dominating the Q&A at the end of one forum with Charlie Kirk and Rob Smith. Plus, the Unite the Right rally was really telling.
I guess I don't understand what you find about BLM to be racist, especially equivalent to the KKK, which intimidated blacks through lynching, burning crosses, even establishing sundown towns and so forth. I don't BLM doing anything emulating that.
I appreciate your well wishes as I have been particularly struggling with severe OCD and suicidal ideation over the past few months. I heard about Monk and that it wasn't an accurate portrayal of OCD, but I'll admit I know nothing about the series other than what I've heard. OCD is distressing intrusive thoughts and mental or physical compulsions to sedate those thoughts.
