Just two Americans, united by nothing but love of country, coming together to debate the issues of the day from sea to shining sea at the speed of light: or, at least, at the speed of broadband

The Founders would be proud

Only a self loathing libtard would meme this because he hates America and himself.
George Floyd deserved to die.
Just sayin'... The fentanyl would have taken him sooner than later, with collateral damage.
It's better this way.

I found several pointing the other way though

4th Amendment, 5th Amendment, 6th Amendment, 8th Amendment

I can only conclude that the Boston Tea Partiers did not riot in order to allow police to do that

But the Constitution can always be amended

Put in on the ballot chief

Yeah, I know when they were written they were only for white people

But most now understand they’re for everybody

But not all!

Yawning at me and expressing open contempt for the Constitution’s many protections for the criminally accused

Ok, thanks for clarifying

I have utmost respect for the Constitution.
It's you I have contempt for. You.
Because of your boring posts and your flaming ignorance of the Constitution and law.
It's pretty simple really.

Ok constitutional scholar

Which Amendment supports the murder of a detained suspect

Let's take things in chronological order, asshat.
Which Amendment supports taking fentanyl, passing counterfeit bills and resisting arrest?
Pretty sure it was an accident he died and Floyd brought it on himself. Karma is a bitch.

“Taking things in chronological order” would look like this, under the Constitution. See: 6th Amendment.

There are no ifs, ands, or buts about it.

Derek Chauvin skipped several steps in this process, and indeed capital punishment would never be warranted even if Floyd were found guilty of drug possession and/or passing counterfeit currency.

And indeed, the world had no idea George Floyd was high on fentanyl until his autopsy was taken.

Let that sink in

Again, yawn. Nobody bothers to read your crap, you realize that, right?
Because I sure don't, you boring moron.

I know that you have very little knowledge of the Constitution and even less interest in learning more

But, others here might be
