If those people (sjws’) where truly honest with themselves they would realise equality doesn’t mean raising everyone up to the higher level it actually means dragging everyone down to the lower (base) level.. thus stifling innovation, creativity & the pioneering spirit within communities, culture (including pop culture) & society as a whole.
If they get their way it will be a true regression of man.

What you're referencing is hand-in-hand with gatekeeping. Gatekeeping keeps some out of the circles where they would be able to innovate if allowed. A lack of gatekeeping encourages innovation and a rising tide lifts all ships.
