The good news is, even when Donna Brazile gives Biden the questions in advance, he won't be able to remember what they are.
Expect the shortest presidential debate in recent history, since Joe will only be using about ten seconds of his allotted time for each answer... unless he starts rambling, and possibly wanders off the stage.
