Well perhaps it might be more of a spiritual issue then. I've had trouble with that for the past 3 1/2 months and I'm getting on the road up but it's not a good place to be. Spiritual warfare's a real thing and at this point I know that more than ever.

Time with God is good of course, but since you mentioned the armor of God, the Bible is the sword and that's really important. It doesn't have to be like a set schedule or anything but it needs to be something. Trust me on this.
