Well, maybe the atmosphere was so messed up at the time, or maybe they needed to make a ton of cloud cover, so nobody could see what was flying in the sky, or maybe nobody ever questioned why this was happening, and who was behind it. None of this made any since back in the 2010 era. The winter time fog didn't either. Plus it was the era of Monsanto Giants, making sure the grounds were fully saturated in USA Farm Country. I must say it's gotten a little better now than back in that nightmare. Trillions of dollars wasted to the sky's for what? nobody knows.
