If you look at past riots after a police shooting, the black community riots and loots their own neighborhood. Then white liberals take over and protest on their behalf to virtue signal their wokeness. Then it all dies down. All it is a group temper tantrum, much like the little kid in the supermarket who goes nuts because they didn't get their candy.
Now go back in time. Outside of the civil rights protest which became a movement, name one other riot/protest that resulted in any significant change? This period will end up on the ash heap of history as another hissy fit by the left... until the next one... then repeat.
