A candidate might like the same thing as you do, or a lot cooler than the rest, but can s/he get the job done which is the first thing, and second more importantly.... will s/he do the right thing?
If Puppylover04 is a real candidate, I will be pulling for him to the bitter end because I want someone who could not only get results but a person with integrity.
