Probable cases are not included in the total case numbers

'Total Cases' (17) is made up of 'confirmed' (1) and 'probable' (16).
They even called it "NEW PROBABLE CASE DEFINITION"

I see that the graphic says that. The Texas Department of State Health Services website states that probable cases are not included in the total case numbers. https://dshs.texas.gov/coronavirus/additionaldata/
