And with a bunch of other states having filing deadlines just days from now, there’s no reason to expect that Kanye could pull things together from scratch quickly enough to get on the ballot in those states either.

He has to have average smartness, top 5 rapper, he had to have some planning on how he would become a top 5 rapper, emimem wouldnt be a top 40 rapper without his mental game, he planned out a good strategy which was rapping faster then most rappers and people liked it, thats a main reason why eminem was really sucsessfull
