It’s gotta be Magolor, I used him in Star Allies before and I gotta be honest, he’s too adorable.

Magalor Annoyed me in Kirbo Adventure Wii for final boss but 7-3 in the same game is fun

Y E S. Magolor is my favorite character in the entire kirby franchise. He looks cool, the moves he has in star allies are cool, his boss fight and music are cool, and I could go on and on forever.

My second favorite would be Dark Nebula, but mostly Dark Daroach (if he actually counts as the final boss.. I would say he’s the “first form” of the actual final boss from Squeak Squad, aka Dark Nebula, idk I never really played any Kirby game other than Kirby’s Dreamland and Star Allies.)

Yeah I would say dark daroach is the first phase of dark nebula (only because dark nebula himself is really easy)

Not to mention boring.

My favorites would probably be magolor, star dream and void termina. It's impossible for me to decide between these three so I just listed all of them.

I have to say Marx. He's overrated, but he is for a good reason

The Knights. All four of them. They’re all my favorite.

They aren't really final bosses, but meta knight is the final boss of revenge on meta knight (which is the best mode in super star), dark meta knight is the final boss of dededetour, galacta is the final boss of meta knightmare, and morpho knight is the final boss of guest star. So I guess they are techicnally final bosses in their own game modes.

Dark Matter Swordsman is definitely the best of my favorites, with Gryll and Galacta Knight being honorable mentions.

Non-Kirby related though, the award has to go to Sigma from Mega Man X6.
