If you would like to climb up the ranks faster, you can head to the boot camp stream and occasionally you will go through training which if done properly you can get a promotion, but you can't do your own training, the only thing that you can do before you are assigned training is I believe do nothing in the stream, (Check For The Comment That Says: "Attention *Do at Attention!*" and reply to that comment with your Attention and wait for further instructions in the boot camp stream, feel free tho to browse around other streams and memes and stuff, you just can't I think do anything else in the boot camp until someone tells you to do something)
