The time limit, whether it be before 10 AM or in the first 2 hours is kinda limiting and arbitrary. It takes practice and effort to think outside the box.

It's helpful to remember THERE IS NO BOX.

well i wanted to give some structure to the proposal rather than leave it completely discretionary. it's nice to recognize your best creative times and optimize using them. that's all I meant. and i think there's a box because i see a lot of people still in there. they cain't all be mimes ( :

I would, but I don’t know what that is. Also it is easy to keeper the dog inside in the summer.
