There is actually a car that can go on both land and water. It's called an amphicar. President Lyndon B. Johnson actually pulled a prank on people using an amphicar. He pretended that the brakes were broken. They were right by a river. While the others were screaming, Johnson was laughing hysterically. (I know this is a joke)
