Ok, as I said before, I already agree with you 100% that everyone has a duty to defend free speech, whether hateful or not. I also agree with you that hate speech is subjective and can be interpreted by different people in different ways. However, just because something is subjective doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
Racism is subjective, yet it still exists. Xenophobia is subjective, yet it still exists. Misogyny is subjective, yet it still exists. Misandry is subjective, yet it still exists. Anti semitism is subjective, yet it still exists.
Again, just because something is not objective does not mean the concept of it is nonexistent.
Also, I don't believe 'all lives matter' is hate speech, and I don't think many leftists think that is hate speech either.
