I could not get a good enough view to see if the Bubba Wallace rope had a hangmans knot. Also, If it was a garage door pull you would not expect the loop to tighten when pulled.  Thanks for posting this!

yea it had been there for at least 8 months, had it been anything other than a tool/handle it would have been un raveled
