Literally the only thing any of that will accomplish is a gigantic LACK of funding in the region (nobody will set up a store in an area prone to looting and violence and political support for it..)
THEN the complaint for the next 4 years is the black unemployment rates and lack of economic generation... smh..
That and blame it on President Trump, even though he's HELPED the U.S economy, racial tensions predate his term as President by several years, and he working to quell the riots.
