I enjoy kids because I enjoy servitude as Christ has called us to be his stewards. I can see things getting better all around me. Some lost voices are in the grip of death and unpleasant to hear, but I could listen to the perishing all day if they do not know God that I may hear the non repented beg for Gods mercy. I tune them out and remember that I'm giving the world a lot more than it is taking.

Yes and no. I don't want to have kids because I like my freedom. Does that mean I want to make a cult? No. I am a Seventh Day Adventist. Furthermore, I think it's cruel to bring children into the world in a way since if you think the world isn't getting worse then sorry but surely you're barking up the wrong tree. Why should you give birth to someone knowing they'll suffer pain, fear and almost certainly death? (You're not obliged to answer although you can)

A religion is different than a cult. Christianity, Judaism, and Buddhism are religions. Scientology, Heaven’s Gate, and Order of the Solar Temple are cults. Cults are dangerous, they kill people, and they are manipulative with their insane beliefs. Religions are simply a group of people who believe in the same thing. They are not dangerous and don’t brainwash anyone.

When’s the last time that Christianity has killed someone? 500 years?
