It appears that the noose was not intentional toward the only black man in nascar. That is fine, these things happen and if that is what was discovered after following the proper channels and investigation, so be it.
What is important here, is that virtually everyone in NASCAR at the event, picked the right side of the issue as shown in the image. To discount the right side of the issue and the support seen for the only black man, is an attempt to rouse.
