In my neighbourhood, almost all businesses have kits. I've seen 4 ODs outside my shop, 3 kits were administered by neighbours. Thats a f**king problem. Cops aren't doing shit to stop the problem of crime snd drugs, neighbourhoods are taking it upon themselves to police the streets, won't be long before vigilantiism goes on the rise here, happened a few times already.
