I highly doubt TODAY'S democrats are truly responsible for racism!

But, let's be real. It's entirely possible to be racist and a democrat. It's not like everyone who votes blue is clear of racist ideas and tendencies.

I have 2 uncles who are solid Vote Blue No Matter Who AND insist that black men are lazy and there's no such thing as White Privilege.

I totally agree that racism exists in both parties! The biggest problem is systemic racism, which is societal racism as normal practice! I agree it goes both ways!

Yes! Systemic racism is key. Once we can get people to see how the system benefits being white and punishes being black, we'll be the big step to fixing it.

I do completely understand racist policies were part of the Democratic Party of the 1800's, but sometime in the mid 1900's (around 1950's-60's) the policies switch, and democrats started focusing on equal rights, and racists started voting republicans, because it almost looks like republicans started having racist policies, and are responsible in TODAY'S day in age!
