Report If you see him like sending completely naked shots of himself to a kids stream. Unfortunately since imgflip allows pictures of women in underwear it can't ban Jeff from doing that. He's within TOS. He can't comment so it limits his ability. Make sure you link the image in your message to a mod immediately and don't comment on it because Jeffery will just delete it.
