Personally I'm not a fan of the moderation style of the first stream you submitted that one to. I don't follow that stream anymore or submit anything there.

Some memes that get disapproved can be resubmitted, I would say that was the right thing for you to do about it in this case.

For memes that get disapproved and can't be resubmitted, there's no harm in remaking the meme and resubmitting it in another stream where you think it fits.

There are a lot of BS mods on this site! I have been banned by one mod on here on streams I never posted to. Just because the Goat decided to try and publicly shame me in a comment rather than reject the post in a rejection notice! Then told me I should feel lucky and apologize and bow down to his liberally sensitive authority!
