I have posed this question at least four times over the past 24 hours in various comment threads.

This will be my fifth.

AndrewFinlayson offered the explanation that “most” of his previous accounts were self-deleted.

So if ImgFlip’s not inclined to act (yet): What I, ImgFlip and particularly ImgFlip’s children and teens want and need to know:
1. What did he do in the past to cause his previous accounts to be deleted?
2. What are patterns of behavior to watch out for?
3. What is conduct that if reported would actually get him banned?
4. How can we protect ourselves going forward?

Multiple stream Mods have already put their streams into “lockdown” after he followed them. Which means that where the streams once allowed auto-approval, they now have to look at every new meme submitted. Because JeffreyStone can and has submitted his panty selfies outside his own streams. Many streams are also not allowing new Mods at this time for fear of infiltration.

So, this is no joke and it is already negatively impacting multiple memers’ experiences on this website.

Hey, thanks for posting this btw. I think it was helpful in getting many to see why JS's conduct is intimidating and makes ImgFlip "less fun for others" even if there's no solid evidence he's literally sent nudes to minors.

Update: Whoever runs JS6 has self-deleted. JS5 deleted all their memes.

Every time the global mods ask for a link or just proof of his illegal private selfies, no one provides them. So until someone does provide proof he's sending nudes to kids, nothing can be done. So instead of posting meme after meme about how horrid Jeffrey is, maybe provide actual proof he's doing what many of you claim he's doing.

No idea man. At least one Community Mod knows about the new account now. I reckon this new account is ultimately destined for the trash bin as well, after everyone has a little bit of fun at his expense.

It is slowly beginning to dawn on me that "fun" is the operative word when it comes to global modding decisions, rather than the actual letter of ImgFlip law as reflected in the TOS. See above.

I do not know for a fact whether JeffreyStone is a "pedophile" as has been repeatedly claimed, but certainly his content and even the fact of his name popping up in notifs when he follows people's streams is at this point viewed as harassment by many.

I've never featured any of his trademark selfies in my streams myself, but boy has he tried.

At best, he is just a nice dude looking for attention but he's been told over and over and over again to quit it with the panty stuff and he just doesn't listen.

If he ever wants to start making memes like a "normal person" (assuming any of us are really normal), he can.
