Saying confederate soldiers were Americans in the civil war is like saying the American soldiers in the civil war were British. Once they declared their independence they disavowed their citizenship and only regained it after they surrendered.

Why does this trigger you, if you want to pretend somehow fighting against the government removes citizenship then do so but extend your new magic powers to every anti Trumper and brand people like Barak Obama as traitors. You might have a point on that one

The Confederacy wasn't just fighting the government the were REBELLING against it with the intention of leaving it. They weren't trying to fix the government from within, they were literally forming their own government independent of The United States, THAT is the difference. They denounced their citizenship when they wrote the Articles of Confederation and only regained it because they surrendered.

Are you still stuck on a week old meme, get a life. You want to see racists in the democrat party, they are all over the place, burning buildings, churches, toppling statues all in the name black supremacy, did the color change make your day? Or do you support one kind of racism?

Privilege is for democrats, I am not able to burn buildings, rape, murder or claim that I did it because of social justice. If the Republicans were really the party of racists you pretend them to be, Obama would have been removed through riots, toppling statues and burning mosques. You might see all of that happen but it will be in retaliation. I listened to your lies, your excuses and justifications, you support political change through violence, I do not. I refuse to support select black lives matter, bamn or any other of the terrorists pretending they have legitimate grievances. Any student of history knows how this ends, eventually they will go to far and will die like dogs in bloody streets, order will be restored, I will not shed a tear. Return and lie again if you want, I am moving on to people that want discussion over talking points and truth over lies. I hope while you are blocking streets that you are quick enough to dodge a few cars.

You know for a war that wasn't about slavery, it's funny they would mention it seventeen times in their decoration of independence.(more than any other noun in the entire document)
