Not going to happen they are generally afraid of criticism, debate or ridicule of their left leaning ideas and they especially dislike this from anyone opposing their viewpoints when they don't have any idea what the poster is really about. It's a safe space for them.
They make use of an inbuilt option in stream rules on imgflip which allows for a minimum 10000 point level before posting is possible. Whilst there was surely more than one reason why this rule was offered by imgflip creators in this case it becomes handy because there are 24hr trolls. People who come in for a day with a new user name bombing on memes and placing their own memes. Memes which probably wouldn't get onto that stream with the rule in place and because it is easily one of if not the most censored stream on here.
So by making a minimum level before you can post they avoid the newest opposing and complimentary views. This gives other users an opportunity to see what you post and how you comment on other memes. As mentioned above it's a safe space with high level sensoring if that's what you're after then I have a couple of tips which may help.

Make a meme in politics begging for votes so you can join stream or take time to reach out in comments to others on here who are similar viewpoint to you and ask them if they wouldn't mind to help you out. Or this, this is the big one, stop being a lefty all your life and make some more memes which will raise your points hahaha. If you put a few memes a day it should only take a few weeks to get to 10000. It comes around sooner than you think, my points has gone up at a bit over 10000 points a week if you consider I started just under a year ago.

it's not that i can't get in it's just politics too has a lot less people due to that 10000 rule 24 hour people wouldn't be able to get 4k in a day or even 2k im not a leftist but i would think that seeing more opinions and thoughts from the opposite side of the spectrum would help you argue against them better but that's just me.

Hi, Yeah your correct that a wider viewpoint from opposing side of spectrum should be good for anyone. But that's not really what happens there, it's an echo chamber with censoring of what goes into it and what people comment on. I personally have had memes sit awaiting 2 or 3 days without approval for that stream. They weren't even right leaning and the only real reason would be because of the sensitivities of the mod who may well have been told in another stream by me. They are censoring by ommision of your meme and then your commenting.
The left are a sensitive bunch on here which I recently had reinforced when asking a few of them to be mods for a partisan stream. They bought up little foo foo problems with our past interactions as reasons why they dont want to be a mod for a stream. Not really mature adult reaction in my opinion but you've got to respect their choice anyway.
So good luck with your quarantine (you not had it lifted at all?) and I'm only stirring with the lefty tag for you wanting to get on that stream. I looked at your pics and comments to know where you are at.

No post in there if you can, when you can. It's not a bad idea at all you have. It's just that you should expect to be censored when you say something not liked. Most people are set in there political beliefs so any change usually can only come from within. You will usually never know if you alter anybodys outlook but if your trying to reduce the distance between viewspoints and effect a more civil discourse then why not be there. But regular politics stream is where the action is. It will be a learning experience and pass away some of the time.
Unfortunately the stream options only have 1 setting at 10000 or none at all.
