Agreed, '68 was far darker. Sadly, Democrats are trying to match that in 2020. The amount of hate they carry in their heart is so sad and pathetic. They need to return to MLK who said, “I have decided to stick to love...Hate is too great a burden to bear.” Where is their love? I don't see it.

If these were Republicans doing the exact same thing I'm pretty sure you would have a much different option on the subject.

I'll agree some changes are due but I don't agree with the burning looting and destruction of private property that I've seen in the city I use to love.

Are you a resident of Seattle?
Are you advocating there are armed militia in the Zone?

Reports of a Occupy Wall Street atmosphere where everyone is respectful of property and people?
Mayor claims area is under control and for Trump not to intervene?
Protests are now peaceful and clean up has begun?

I live 20 minutes north of Seattle and my job takes me there multiple times a week.

Like I said right now it is peaceful and hope it stays that way because last week it wasn't.

The day after the police abandoned the east precinct when the take over took root people were calling into the local radio shows(liberal network not fox) talking about people armed with rifles wandering the streets setting up roadblocks checking IDs charging money for entrance to do business in their zone(the police even discussed this on local media)and some businesses were charged $500 to continue operating.

Now if this was actually Antifa or not I don't know but the protesters are protecting their turf with at least pistols...just go on YouTube and search the title on the screen in the middle of the meme I posted,he confirms that they are using firearms to protect their boarders... wether that is considered an armed militia or not I guess is just a matter of prospective and cable news on both sides will report as they see fit to their narrative.

For now they got the results they were looking for and stopped rioting, so yes Mayor Jenny says things are under control but many fear that could change in a moment's notice.
