What a joke!

I'm trying to add a meme but when I press 'post a meme' it just takes me to create a meme but I already created one and idk what's allowed on this website and what's not and I'm just very lost. please help. idk what I'm doing.

Did you hit "generate meme" first, before you tried to submit it?

Or if it's one you already generated, then go to the image's page, click on "submit this image", and you'll get a tab which will allow you to select what stream to post it in. In this particular case, select, "Lotr_the_hobbit_fans".
If anything needs clarification, just tell me.
