I've felt like there's been a ghost in the air bnb where we've been staying, butits actually just a squireel that lives in the wall and steals dryer lint. I names him Dave the Ghost squirrel.

I've had them since I was about 3 or 4, but they're rarer now then they were back then. I'm telling you, I have the craziest dreams.

thats crazy and also suck. mine s actually the cause of my fear of bees. BUT 3 OR 4 THAT FKN CRAZY

Yeah, I'm an impressionable person, and when I was younger when I got scared of something, my mind turned it into really dark things. Like my mom told me that she would run it because I was screaming, my eyes would be open but she wouldn't be able to wake me up. A lot of times my dreams stem from things I don't understand or know, Idk though.
Sorry about the fear of bees. That's really tough, man. I get it, I was scared of bugs for a while, but not when they were outside, just inside.

ima just scared of any fckng bees and now the murder hornets. if it comes to new england i might just burn this state down. and yea although night terrors are much worst than sleep paralysis, my god does it get freaky. and i used to do the same, i took everything i saw and somehow made it dark and scary. i actually once had a nightmare. it was like the friday the 13th thing with freddy kueger. i got mail that night actually did see freddy in my dream, and IM TELLING YOU, i woke up with a big slash on my chest. i looked up what might've happened and it told me that sometimes if you believe your dreams are real too much a part of it becomes reality. idk if thats true cuz i might've cut myself on something near. but was shook af. srry this is long lol

It's okay!! I've never seen that, and it's funny things that are meant to be scary don't really faze me. Bloody things don't either. But things that happen irl or something do.
Imma vent here a sec too, because I have two that have stuck with me, one from when I was 4or 5, the other a few years ago. First one, I "woke up" from the dream I had been having to find myself covered in bugs. Everything was and I tried to breathe but I couldn't because they came in, I swear I felt them and I still felt them after I woke up later. But that one has come back several times. Then, a few years ago I had had a really bad night with normal nightmares and stuff, and then I opened my eyes are realized I was chained to my bed, and I heard a scraping sound in the hallway. I looked over and my room's door was open when it hadn't been, and I saw a figure in the hallway and it was coming towards me and then I passed out. I woke up later and it was time for school, I was so freaked out. Man, I'm telling you dreams are crazy things

Wow thats crazy. The one that made my fear of bees is i was in the elevator of my moms job and all of a sudden a single bee came into is and it was just me. I just stared at the bee hovering near my face, and it just shrunk until i couldnt see it. out of nowhere i couldnt see anything and i felt my self fall to the floor and a burning sensation in my mouth and eyes. then i saw myself on the elevator floor from like a third person view, with bees pouring out my mouth and eyes. the worst part is ive never been stung by a bee so i dont know what it even feels like

Oh, that's horrible. I think the only reason I'm not afraid is that I have been stung before.

Not sleep paralysis, but I have experienced "exploding head syndrome", suddenly waking up and hearing a really loud BOOM in your head that only lasts a split second and then everything is back to normal. It's a weird sensation for sure.

It's pretty wild...I've only experienced it a couple of times, but during those nights it happened it reoccurred several times through the night. I recall only being about half asleep when it would happen. I think it was sort of like my mind making a decision to either be awake or asleep, and just going "hey, snap out of it" and you just hear a loud noise. Eventually went to sleep, no other issues since.

same wth sleep paralysis. ur kinda half asleep and u decide to get up to use the bathroom or whatever but u cant move
