Even if it's not, and is as you say Puffin, there are situations in which the cops would protect KKK klowns and their constitutional right to peaceably assemble. Otherwise, the righteous might just attack them, and chances are the klowns would fight back.
And we can't have that type of violence happening in our streets... now... can we?
