Liberal logic does NOT make sense!

Or are you saying without the Police, you would have no speed trial, no day in court, no due process... cause people would just take the law into their own hands and we would just have lynch mobs carrying out their own form of Frontier Justice?

Exactly! I think you've understood what I'm getting at: it is patently absurd to suggest that the police can suspend due process by reason of there exist bad apples in their ranks.

If the police are caught executing someone without trial, the existance of bad apples is not a legal argument in their defense. That's insane. And Minneapolis wants to get on top of this problem, and you're still talking about bad apples like that's any excuse.
