So they do random sampling (I'll give them the random sampling because its not phone based), but then after getting an accurate random sampling, they then weight it for demographic.
They don't mention how they weight or what the weighting does to the numbers. So unfortunately without the missing information I'm going to have to assume its another poll that samples dems 25% more than reps like the Hillary polls.
