Interesting existential question. I would say no.

“Reposting” to me signifies a copy-paste of someone else’s work with no added creativity whatsoever.

Although this is a pretty simple new template, there was creativity involved in selecting the image, deciding what words to use, selecting a font, and situating the text box within the image.

This can now be used to succinctly express Confederate General Robert E. Lee’s exasperation with the racist shit we read about every single day that is somehow still occurring in the year 2020.

Btw I see no real problem with reposting, as long as it happens in an appropriate stream or is otherwise labeled as such.
