Well I am Dutch, so I guess it's obvious Dutch pronunciation rules apply to my name. In Dutch the "J" is pronounced as the "y" as in "yes"... The first "e" is a bit half silent half not... well, many English words are also like that.... "oe" is pronounced as "oo" as in "boom".
