Valid point ICU. The problem is that at some point, the 'who started it' way of of defending or attacking the other side, sort of loses credibility, since both sides are prone to lying and making self-serving, yet questionably accurate statements nearly 100% of the time.
Let's be real though; Joe has already fat shamed voters during the primaries. People who in theory he would have liked to vote for him. Well, right up until he tells them not to vote for him.
And given his current mental state, he's likely to slip up and fat shame his own running mate, if it turns out to be Abrams.
