I have seen massive voter fraud in Philly and Chester Pa . Its been reported to state, federal and local authorities. It was reported to national and local news agencies .

as far as the "Lock downs" go it is the Governors who control the state. kinda like a PM controls an individual EU country but does not control the one next to it at all.
