Please explain:
Why?
Pros & Cons.
Please compare it to a "normal" three node binary tree and the same kind of b-tree with an hashed b-tree for the addresses of the nodes of the data tree.
Did Prof. Dr. Sedgewick recommend that kind of tree and put out examples?
If so, please share the link/reference.
