Lol. I don't even take fortunes from a medium seriously much less from a cookie, and I never understood the random numbers on the back either. But to answer your question, I guess whoever opens the cookie and reads it first is the one whom the fortune is intended.

I open it and dog eats it. Dog seems to be pretty lucky, so I'm gonna go with whoever/whatever eats it gets to good luck/fortune. Dog doesn't have to work at all, gets primo food and treats, has a large yard to roam, and gets to go on long hikes regularly.

PS...fortune cookies taste like cardboard. Why anyone eats them is beyond me.
