I can't think of an other reason behind this meme but to cause an uproar, especially since this was posted in the LGBTQ stream.
For all clarity I am straight, myself. I've had however had many connections with people who are gay. And yes, they have some oddities, but then again, don't we all? The meme also suggests that you "become" gay, like it were a choice, while science has already proven that your sexual orientation is purely a hormonal thing you have no control over, and you are born with that. A gay man can try to date as many girls you want, but mostly those dates won't work out, for the same reason as for me as a straight guy dating a man wouldn't work. If you are straight and homophobe, try to imagine how it would be if society forced you to date somebody your own gender, and if you can imagine that, then you can understand what you are doing now to gays.
Now I did reveal I was straight, but frankly, my partner's gender should be none of anybody's business except my own (and my partner's own), for I am the one to love them and make them happy just as I am the one they must love and make happy. Not you. So why would you care whether my partner was male or female?
And who are you to decide what humans *should* be? I've (outside from sexuality) been told many things I *should* be, but which I am definitely not, and which I even know I should NOT be, and you know how frustrating that is? Everybody should be what they are. You are gay or you are not. And if you are gay, don't tell them to be straight. And don't tell a straight to be gay. You don't tell a black that they should be white, either. Yes, for somebody who has their facts in order, that is the bloody same thing.
No I am not gay. Why do I stand up for gays now then? Because I hate discrimination in any form, and homophobia is discrimination, and nothing else. It's not even stupidity. It's just lack of will from your side to accept the facts. And homosexuality is nothing new. It has always existed, and even predates humanity. And gays have one right that straights have as well. Love. Don't try to deny it to them or to force them with people they can't love (at least not romantically). It's just cruel to enforce people people something just because you cannot accept things are the way they are.
